How long have you been in business?

We have been in business for 9 great years. With 3 expansions in that time-frame, it’s been very busy. We absolutely love what we do and wouldn’t have it any other way.

Where are you located?

We are located in beautiful Clarksville, TN in Middle Tennessee, approximently 50 miles Northwest of Nashville.

Do you have a retail location?

Yes, we sure do! We are in our 5th year of retail and going strong. If you are near the Clarksville area, stop in a say hi!

ORDERS

Do you allow items to be mailed to you to personalize?

Unfortunately, we only currently allow items that are provided in person to be personalized. We are human, and always like to make sure that your item will fit on the machine and there will not be any issues.

I want to place a bulk order, do you offer quantity discounts?

Absolutely! If you are placing an order of more than 12 identical items, please contact us and we can see what we can do for you.

Can I change my order once it’s placed?

If you need to make a change to your order, contact us immediately and we can see what we can do. Most orders are processed and sent to our production department within 24 hours. Unfortunately, once order enter our production department, no changes are accepted.

Can I purchase an item without a monogram?

Sure can. All of our prices are the same with or without a monogram. Just enter XXX for the monogram and we will know you want your item blank.

Do you guarantee or warranty your items?

Each item is little different. Most non jewelry items are guaranteed for 60 days, while jewelry is warrantied for 30 days.

Do you offer Free Shipping?

Absolutely! We offer Free Shipping on all orders over $75 every day, no coupons necessary.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Most of our items ship within 3-7 business days, but there are a few exceptions. See our turnaround policy for an up-to-date listing.

My package was returned, what happens next?

We will let you know as soon as we receive the package back at our facility. If the package is returned because of wrong or incomplete address, we will require you to pay for the second shipment.
