We’re a collection of small, heart-led brands offering personalized gifts, graphic tees, self-care goodies, and charming stationery—all crafted with creativity and care.

We’re proudly based in Clarksville, Tennessee!
Q: Do you have a storefront?
At this time, we’re primarily online, but some of our products are available at pop-up markets and in-person events. Follow us on social for upcoming appearances!

Yes! Digital gift cards are available and make great gifts when you’re not sure what to pick.
Ordering & Shipping
Q: When will my order ship?
Most items ship within 5–7 business days, though custom or personalized items may take a little longer.
Q: How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with tracking information.
Q: Do you offer local pickup?
Not at this time, but we’re working on it for the future!
Q: What shipping carriers do you use?
We primarily ship through USPS and UPS, depending on the package size and location.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within the U.S., but we hope to expand soon!
Returns & Exchanges
Q: What is your return policy?
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for non-custom items. Personalized, monogrammed, or final sale items are non-returnable.
Q: How do I start a return?
Email us at returns@initiallystitched.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll guide you from there!
Q: Can I exchange an item?
Yes! If the item is in stock, we’re happy to help with an exchange.
Q: My item arrived damaged—what should I do?
Please reach out within 7 days of delivery and we’ll make it right.

You’ll find personalization options on the product page. Just enter your details in the provided fields before adding to cart.
Q: What materials do you use for embroidery and shirts?
Our embroidery is done with high-quality threads on soft, durable fabrics. Our shirts are premium cotton or cotton blends for comfort and longevity.
Q: Are your soaps and candles handmade?
We have thoughtfully curated our entire collection. While our soaps and candles are hand-made and hand-poured, they are not made in house.
Q: What size should I order for your shirts?
Each product has a size chart in the description—please reference it before ordering! Still unsure? We’re happy to help with sizing advice.
Q: Are your planners and notepads dated or undated?
Most of our paper goods are undated, so you can start whenever inspiration strikes!
Q: Can I request a custom design or product?

Absolutely! Subscriptions make wonderful gifts. Just enter the recipient’s address at checkout and leave a note if you'd like us to include a special message.
