While most of our items are personalized (and made just for you!), we totally understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned. Here’s how we handle returns and exchanges so we can make it right—together.


Personalized Items

Because custom and personalized items are made specifically for you, they are final sale and non-refundable. That includes anything with a monogram, name, logo, or custom design.

But! If there’s a mistake on our end—like a misspelled name or an embroidery error—we’ll fix it ASAP at no cost to you. Just send us an email within 7 days of delivery with a clear photo and your order number.


Subscription Boxes

All of our subscription boxes are made to order and thoughtfully packed with personalized and exclusive items just for you—which means they are also non-returnable and non-refundable.

If there’s an issue with your box or something arrived damaged, please reach out within 7 days of delivery and we’ll make it right.


Non-Personalized Items

If your item isn’t personalized and you’d like to return or exchange it, no problem! You can do so within 14 days of delivery, as long as the item is unused and in its original condition.

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

Oh no! We do our best to pack each order with care, but if something arrives damaged or not quite right, we want to know. Please contact us within 7 days and we’ll get it sorted out quickly.


How to Start a Return

Send an email to hello@initiallystitched.com with:
✔️ Your order number
✔️ A description of the issue
✔️ Photos (if applicable)

We’ll take it from there and let you know the next steps.
