All of our personalized items are made just for you, so unfortunately no returns or refunds will be made on orders that have been customized. Any non-personalized items in unused condition in the original packaging maybe returned within 5 business days for a full refund, less shipping costs. The buyer is responsible for shipping back to our facility.
If we make a mistake and your item arrives with the incorrect personalization, please let us know within 5 business days by contacting customer service at email@example.com or give us a call at (931) 552-0225 and we will arrange for a replacement as soon as possible.
All of our items are made to your specification, if an error is made when submitting an order to us, please contact us immediately. Most orders are processed within 24 hours and no changes or modifications can be made once they enter the production department.
