We’re all about the personal touch—but here are a few important things to know before we start stitching your custom order:

What You Submit Is What We Stitch
Please double-check your spelling, initials, and capitalization before submitting your order. We personalize exactly as entered—and because your item is made just for you, we can’t make changes once production begins.

Monogram Format Matters
Not sure about the order of your monogram? Check out our handy Monograms 101 page! If no format is selected or it's unclear, we may reach out to confirm before getting started.

Personalized Items Are Final Sale
Due to the custom nature of each piece, personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is an error on our part. If something isn’t quite right, please reach out—we’ll always do our best to make it right. You can view our Returns page.

Placement & Colors
We take care to ensure your design is placed beautifully and proportionally on your item. Colors may vary slightly from screen to thread due to differences in lighting or fabric—but we promise it’ll still look amazing!

Processing Time
Personalized orders take a little extra love! Please allow additional time for production. Processing times will be listed on our Turnaround page, and we’ll always keep you updated along the way.
